You do not need to drop PPACE membership to subscribe here. However, please note PPACE By-Law 3.10:
“If a Member brings in another Representative (outside of LVPPACE) to a matter in which he/she is entitled to representation by the Association, then LVPPACE’s responsibility has been fulfilled. LVPPACE must be the primary for representation or the Member foregoes any further representation from LVPPACE in that specific matter.”
No. You can remain a PPACE member. If you designate us to represent you in a specific matter, PPACE’s responsibility may be considered fulfilled for that matter per their By-Law 3.10.
You must be subscribed on the date of the incident under investigation and maintain an active subscription until the matter concludes.
Yes, you can cancel future billing anytime. Cancellation during an active matter ends eligibility for continued representation from the end of the current renewal period. There are no refunds for cancellations in the middle of a subscription period. When you cancel, your coverage will remain until the end of billing period.
