Subscribers are entitled to representation from the law firm Hatfield & Associates. Subscribers can have an attorney present at any investigative meeting where they are a witness or a subject. This includes a pre-interview meeting to review evidence and get guidance from the attorney. You will also be represented in FIT, CIRT, Accident Review Boards, EDS interviews and any other Departmental proceeding where you would be entitled to Union representation.
