LVCEPA

People have asked if LVCEPA is a legitimate Association. The answer is... it will be! Until the Association collects enough cards and becomes certified as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of civilian employees, it does not have the authority to bargain with the Department on your behalf. So, we need to collect Authorization Cards so we can demonstrate LVPPACE no longer has the trust of the civilian employees. Request an Authorization card here.

Simply put, we get enough cards and can prove that civilians prefer LVCEPA over PPACE. After this happens, PPACE will be decertified and Department will be ordered to bargain with LVCEPA instead.
